Terry Delany was practically born with a hammer in his hand and a pencil behind his ear. As the son of a building contractor and founder of a multimillion-dollar landscape business, he has spent most of his life on a building site. During his career, Delany has recruited, hired, trained, endured, suffered, celebrated, promoted and fired thousands of employees. He is the creator of "The Contractor A.S.S.E.T." which is an hourly employee recruitment and retention system designed exclusively for contractors and tradesmen.
